Pops right up to keep 12-ounce cans nice and cold, and collapses flat to make a special keepsake of your special day. Like all our koozees, it comes in a wide variety of colors.

Standard Production time is roughly 5 business days (more or less based on current production volume) on orders of 1,000 or less. For rush orders please contact us.

How do I order?

Just head to the home page. Design your custom koozee by selecting your koozee style, color, and quantity. Then use our simple design tool to create your perfect koozee. You can also start with one of our pre-designed templates to make things even easier. Want us to design something totally original just for you? Just contact us—our team is ready to help.

When checking out, we strongly recommend registering for an account or logging in if you’re a current customer. This makes the whole process easier by allowing you to view order history, and make checkouts faster with saved shipping and billing info.


What is the minimum quantity I have to order?

The minimum for foam can koozees is 100. The minimum for all other koozee styles is 50. For information on smaller orders, please contact customer service at (618) 464-4381 or email info@koozeecrazee.com


What is the production time?

Our standard production time is around 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)—but can be less or more based on current production volume. Orders with quantities more than 1,000 may take longer.

If you’d like your order sooner, you can contact us to place a rush order for an additional fee.


What is the setup screen fee?

Custom screen printing requires an initial setup fee. These are charges to create the screen(s) to print your specific design. Our setup fees are:

  • 1 color/1 side: $15
  • 1 color/2 sides: $30
  • 2 color/1 side: $30
  • 2 color/2sides: $60

Will I see a proof?

Your final koozee design you see on-screen also serves as your actual proof.


Check the status of an order.

After you checkout you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is shipped you’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder if these emails aren’t received.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us on our Live Chat feature on this website as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order. We’ll make every effort to accommodate you as long as your order hasn’t already been printed. What forms of payment do you accept?

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are shipped after they are printed and processed. We offer a variety of shipping options on checkout for you to select. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. If for some reason after tracking your order has still not arrive, please contact us through our Live Chat feature on the lower right of this site during normal business hours (9 am–5 pm CST). Or, contact us by phone or email.


What if I’m unhappy with my order?

We hold our work to the highest standards because we want you to be happy with your custom koozees and to make your event even more special. If you believe your koozees are defective or of unacceptable print quality, please contact us. However, due to the nature of customized products and our inability to restock them, certain restrictions apply. Please see our Returns page for details.  


How do I place a re-order?

If you created an account, you can sign in to your account to reorder online. You can also contact us and reference your order number found on your receipt. Orders with the same exact same artwork will be charged the standard screen setup fee unless ordered within one week from receiving your order.


How do I submit my own artwork?

Our koozee design tool lets you easily upload your own artwork or logo. Accepted file formats are .svg, .eps, .pdf, .ai files, single color only. Once uploaded, you can then scale, position, and even change colors within your design.


Use of trademarks
If you choose to upload your own artwork, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.

We happily ship to anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated when placing your order and selecting your shipping option.

  • For Hawaii and Alaska please allow extra time (up to 14 business days) for delivery

  • Standard shipping to some areas can take as much as 10 days for delivery
